Building a wonderful outdoor living space for your Los Angeles home requires excellent hardscaping skills, collaboration, clear communication, & planning to get there.
1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Completion of our Landscape Questionnaire. It helps us come out to our initial meeting with you prepared, and ready to listen to your ideas, insights, and concerns. Together we discuss and clarify your needs.
2. THE VISION
Every project site is different. You will meet with us and our landscape designers at your Los Angeles home to discuss your space and analyze your site, take elevation measurements of your terrain, and study how the sun path creates natural shade at different times of day and year.
3. THE FINER POINTS
We send your customized proposal.
A deposit is taken to move forward with the project.
Material & Plant lists are sent over for approval.
The design and budget are finalized.
4. THE PREPARATION
The materials are ordered. The yard is prepared for the build.
If more elements are being considered such as irrigation or fencing, those are coordinated with the timing of the landscape install.
5. THE BUILD
The materials are delivered, final adjustments, and completion.
Guidelines for caring for your newly installed landscape are given.
6. YOUR VISION REALIZED
